How it Works

Our interactive itinerary planner makes it easy for guests to plan trips to your destination. When visitors are on your website or at one of your digital kiosks and see something that catches their interest, they can simply click “Add to Itinerary” to add it to their own personalized itinerary. From hotels, restaurants, museums, landmarks, shops, and everything else your destination has to offer, guests can find and plan everything they need to make their trip to your destination memorable. Each item they add will include all contact details and links to the business/destination’s website. They can then easily print, email, and share their itinerary with friends. Designed to also be viewed on mobile devices, guests can take their itinerary on the go.

Interactive Maps

Guests itineraries include an interactive map with all of their added destinations plotted on it. By simply clicking a button, guests can get directions from their current location while on a mobile device. Just like the rest of their itinerary, their interactive map with included directions can be emailed and shared with their traveling companions.

A Marketing Opportunity

Our interactive itinerary gives you marketing opportunities. We collect all emails of users, including friends they shared their itinerary with, and automatically enter them into mail chimp and a spreadsheet you can use in your marketing campaigns.

How We Compare to U-Trip

Our itinerary planner solution has many improvements over U-Trip, while being much more cost effective. One very important improvement is that our system will be automatically synced with the database of your Website and Digital Kiosk. This means all existing restaurants, things to do, events etc. that are on your website will already be in the new Itinerary planner. Any changes or updates you make in your website’s CMS will also be automatically updated in the itinerary Planner. Eliminating the need for your staff to do double data entry will save you time and headaches.
